Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Damage

 

We use heavy weighted boxes with interior air pillows to protect our shipments which rarely see an issue with product safety, but in the off chance there is please make sure to reach out and include imagery to support the damage. Any damage to product in transit MUST be documented. We will need images of the product in its packaging and the box in which it was shipped. Please provide images of the outside box and any leaking or damages to the product itself as well. Without documentation we cannot create a claim for replacement/refund. DO NOT throw away package without documenting and opening corresponding with us.

Must be notified within 3 days for any DAMAGE in transit claims. 


 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Guide

Orders are picked and processed 1-2 days on average.  All orders ship from Doral, Florida. Upon your orders shipment you will be emailed a tracking number to view its transit, via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Please note we may take 2-3 business days in high volume seasons to process orders. 

 

Fabi perfumes will gladly pay for free Ground shipping for every order valued over $100 via FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on the order. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Orders outside the 48 continental States require Second Day or Next Day Air service. APO or FPO address requires United States Postal Service Shipment (USPS) Option. Delivery time via Ground can range from 1 to 6 business days. Note that air and ground shipping times are measured in business days. Next Day Saturday delivery option is available only in the United States.

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. 

Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions will be shipped at no cost to you via ground delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method.

Domestic Shipping Outside the Contiguous

Orders destined for delivery in the United States, however, outside of the 48 Contiguous States (eg; Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and FPO addresses) will be shipped via ground delivery. APO or FPO strictly require us to ship via the US Postal Service.

  • Ground Residential / Commercial US: Free on all orders over $100.00 USD

  • Other costs are calculated at checkout

International Shipping (only for wholesales)

Wholesale orders are assigned shipping case by case depended upon country/size (please email fabiperfumes25@gmail.com for more information).

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please select the United States Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.

  • Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.

  • Weekend deliveries are valid only if; the Next Day Air Saturday delivery option is selected, and the package will be shipped to a domestic location.
